About Us

The Directorate of Social Security Audit has started its operation from 23-12-2019, which is one of the seventeen (17) audit directorates under the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General of Bangladesh. This audit directorate is entrusted to conduct audits of all Budgetary Central Government and Statutory Public Authorities including all projects, programs and schemes belonging to seven ministries, namely Ministry of Disaster Management & Relief, Ministry of Social Welfare, Ministry of Youth & Sports, Ministry of Women & Children Affairs, Ministry of Labor & Employment, Ministry of Food and Ministry of Liberation War Affairs.
